Hair brush was not replenish upon check-in. Internet via WiFi was not available.

Remember to ask for the device that enables Internet via WiFi in your room. Disney good neighbor shuttle bus service was fully booked upon arrival at hotel. (Be sure to indicate in the remarks if required)

Keio Plaza Tokyo has been my first choice for hotel, if that I am traveling to Tokyo. I just simply love the location of this hotel. It's so convenient.

Good hotel for family, business and sightseeing purpose, near to train station, Odakyu line to Hakone and Kamakura. Near to shopping, eating places and Kabukicho and many convenient store including Yodobashi

We had a memorable time at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo and will always remember the staff who worked so hard to make our stay at the hotel our "home" for almost 2 weeks.
